It started a while ago, while I was playing RO. My brother seemed confused and I asked him why; he said something was going on in deviantART. I never heard of the matter and asked him; he just said that it's something not up on the front page - you have to read people's journals about it.
So, I took his advice. I browsed around in my message box and in the RO forums I go on and in other people's journal entries and links they've posted. I must say, whatever is going on has already reared it's very, VERY ugly head; or it's going to soon.
So far, I think I've gotten the basic part of the situation (minus whatever laws are going on); the co-founder Jark (pardon me, I'm still a noob at linking stuff in my journal) has suddenly been sacked and kicked. People have demanded an explanation, but it seems Spyed has been dodging the situation, due to 'legal issues'. Now Jark has encouraged people to demand for the truth and people are supporting Jark with his yellow Alien and are attempting to 'grind dA to a halt'.
My only words; there's some nasty mojo going on in this here town. And the deeper the mojo seems to be going, the more upsetting the situation is.
At first, I didn't want to take a side; the situation at hand seems to have rolled up into a ball of unpleasantness, ready to combust at any moment. But after I read in journals (members and admins alike), what's going on is simply phenominal - in a very grotesque way. Henceforth, I will say this; I don't agree on what APPEARS to be going on.
I have already storaged my whole dA gallery as an effort to this situation. I don't plan to be running any Pro-Jark campaigns because I don't know what the truth is.
When this whole mess gets cleared up, only then will I put my artwork back on display.
